我的創意料理
今天我又煮了一道新菜肴,就叫”肉餡豆腐干”吧!
靈感來自那天中午用餐時, 在飯攤看到,也吃了這麼一道菜, 不過用料較不實在, 蜻蜓點水式, 沒甚味道.
豆腐干除了本身的豆腐淡香味和淡咸味,得靠其他的佐料來配搭和提鮮. 所以碎肉餡里就加了一點紅蘿卜和荸薺來提鮮.先蒸后炸,再炒的時候就加了紅黃燈籠椒來配搭,最后勾芡收水,就完成了!
忘了買蔥和芹菜,就是少了一點綠……
