Stress Management

C - Comfortable
F - Favourable
C - Controllable
M - Manageable

So many experts talk about stress and how to go about managing it; of course earning a lot of money from anyone who is willing to spend the money.  And may be it really works!

In brief. when you are out of the comfort zone, things are just not working in a favorable manner, worst, it is getting out of control and of course the result is beyond your ability to manage.

This is stress! In short, remember CFCM working in the negative manner.

In any working environment, no one rationale experienced working personnel would expect all things and everything moves in a favorable manner, every time.   Controversies exist everywhere, lots of them, but fortunately in most instances, many of them are not critical to cause concern to anyone.

Controversies can be quite a powerful tool when apply to some situations where you want to manage two different and difficult personalities; of course, the key word is careful management or else you may end up losing both talents.

However, controversies create a negative impact on some people and exhibits itself in a way that caused an imbalance feeling in some.  If you allow this negative force to snowball, the likely result is management will lose the respect and loyalty of the employees. Huh! that becomes a problem!

CFCM is no longer as described above as comfortable, favorable, controllable and manageable.

Instead, in the crudest term it becomes

C - Cry
F - Father
C - Cry
M - Mother
(閩南語所說的"哭父哭母")

Oh my god!  How did it get transited and translated into such different meanings?

Isn't it true that when harmony is jeopardized or lost,  people react in an unfriendly manner and start talking and screaming at the top of voices likely something seriously bad had happened!

So the next time when you come across someone shouting, you know for sure he is under tremendous stress!

Stay away!
